These Mindfulness Strategies can be used for students and adults alike. Fran is also the creator of four free mindfulness apps (worldwide downloads now in more than 100 countries) proving useful for users of all ages and stages in mindfulness meditation practice and understanding.

Take 5 Mindful Minutes”, is a collection of fun focused, short, mind training or meditation strategies that could be supportive for users under 10 years of age to practice with a helpful adult.

Take 10 Mindful Minutes”, is a collection of short mind training or meditation strategies for users of all ages.

Frances Kelly is an experienced mindfulness practitioner, educator and counsellor and has trained in the US and Australia. Fran has a Bachelor of Education, a Diploma of Teaching and a Masters degree in Social Science. She is a fully insured member of both the Australian Counselling Association and Meditation Australia where she is a listed accredited teacher.
